help breaking plateau

hey, i'm needing help breaking some plateaus. right now i weigh 140 lbs. i bench 200, squat 315, deadlift 295. i have been doing 5x2 at ninety percent of my max.after the fifth set i do as many more as i can. as well as other auxillary stuff. i isolate other muslce groups as well.

So you are 5 sets of 2 reps? You will over train very quickly training like this. Try training with lighter weights but more reps somewere between 5 to 10 reps should be good.

try going back to a normal 8-12 reps for a while then going back down to how you normally lift.
