hi, i need a little bit of help. i have switchen my routine up in the gym a little bit. i have been pushing my workouts so hard to where i cant do another rep, or row. the next day i am so sore, it hurts to lay my arm across my chest. i was just wondering if you guys knew that was good or not. i also wanted to know if you guys knew some good back exersises and some good exersises to improve my bench about 25 lbs in two-three months. i eat right i just want to know how to improve my bench the most.

Also i have a little bit of a belly, but i am dieting really good. i eat chicken, steak, or pasta all the time. i always eat 1-2 cups of veggies with every meal. i eat plenty of wheat. i also chow down on potatos and sweet potatos. is there any kind of workout that will help me take off some of the fat around my stomach?

Well you def need to chill out on the pasta and reg potatoes if you want to lose some "belly" also add in some cardio.
As long as the soreness is a soreness and not a pain its ok.Could last as long as 3-4 days
For back I love wide grip chins weighted if possible and Bent over rows

try not going to failure for a few weeks. like the rep or two before failure on all sets and reps. and as for back workouts

Bent over row barbell
pull upps/ pulldowns
dumbbell rows
cable rows
deadlifts
back extensions
