loading says i take 5 times dailey ill take 1 before and 1 after then 3 through out the day??

dont do it, just take a sensible amount each day. your muscle will become saturated overtime with consistent use. if you take in too much at a time, you will just be wasting it.

i just took the recomended dosage and i saw results...just work as hard at the gym!!

i dont think your body could absorb all the creatine you give it throughout the loading phase, unless its micronized some would go to waste, i read on a site somewhere you go by your bodyweight, dont quote me on this 1 though
