ive been dealin wit a broken foot for bout 16 months. i have a plan to follow but its no good if i dont eat rite. wat is good to eat for breakfast, lunch n dinner?? when should u take whey (b4 or aftr workout?)

Welcome to the dungeon, nice to have you here, what happened to your foot.

Oatmeal, egg whites, fruit,

Chicken, fish

veges, sweet potatoes, brown rice. Water.

are you still woring out with a broken foot?? if so dont put any pressure on it like deadlift and squats. stick to seated movements

cosign with crisp^^ good healthy clean meat and simple carbs.

Are you kidding me? A broken foot for 16 months?! Get a cast and some crutches and take some time off before you have problems with it for the rest of your life.

Anyways, there are plenty of nutrition threads in the nutrition forum. I suggest reading those then decide if you still have the question.
