Hey guys,

I'm new to this forum as well, and am on a clean bulk right now, and was wondering what I will benefit more from, Jogging with a lower incline or walking on a high incline?
I have an Endo-Meso body type so I perform cardio about 4 times a week to try to limit the amount of body fat I put on during my bulk.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated, even if they don't necessarily have to do with the cardio topic.

Cheers

If your on a bulk, you most likely don't want to do much cardo. Granted doing some is beneficial to your heart, being a muscle to. Do your cardo on a lower incline and adjust it if you need to.. But just walking is good.

yeah...this morning I tried a slower walk at full incline, and got almost the same result (calories burned wise) as jogging or even an interval session.

I figure as long as I act accordingly and increase my intake of calories, that I can benefit from cardio in the morning in order to avoid gaining to much fat during my bulk...does anyone agree?

yeah I keep a nutrition log so in order to eat properly for my bulk as well.
My problem was is that I got mono and had to go off training for over a month and a half, and right now I am trying to gain the size and strength back, This is my third week on my bulk.
Right now I am just debating on supplementaion
