i workout everyday for football at school. we do bench powerclean and squat. we do other auxillary stuff too. i am wantingto begin bodybuilding and powerlifting. i've become hooked on the weight room. i need some advice on what extra kind of workout program i should use.

wats good, i used to play football but my injury had me stoped for 16months. it sounds lik ur a lineman, dats wat i was. umm... i mean bench, incline, powerclines, dead lifts. idk if i helped u or not but im no professional.. get at me
