hi i am new to this forum and well this is my first post on any forum but i need some advice and you guys seem to know your stuff. this is my current work out.

mon chest
tues back
wed bi and tri
thurs shoulders and traps
fri legs
sat off
sun off

i usually do 3 to 4 exercises per muscle group with 3 sets and between 6-10 reps my goal is to become a f-ing monster and get as big as i possibly can.

my two main concerns are that i wont get a good enough back work out after doing chest the day before and i dont know where to put my cardio because after friday legs there is no doing any sort of cardio sat or sun its hard enough to walk after legs. any sort of advice on my current routine would be a great help thank.

Split your routine up so that your have enough recovery time to get a good back workout in.

I assume your Bulking right? Are you able to do any other type of split in your workout?

Mon-chest and bis
tues-legs
wednes cardio maybe abs or off
thurs-back
fri-shoulders and tris
sat-off or cardio
sun-off or cardio
I love this split when Im bulking Im getting ready to cut so it will change. You also dont need alot of cardio while you are bulking so make sure you dont over do it.But what is wrong with getting in cardio after the other workouts besides legs?

i dont have a problem doing some cardio after my workouts i just heard that it could take away from your progress with that muscle group for that day. i have also thought about doing cardio in the morning and lifting at night which i think i am going to end up doing. thanks for the split kaboom i am def. going to get that a try
