Youre keeping the weights you use as heavy as poss with good form?, whats your diet like, regarding carb manipulation and protein intake? the above routine in my opinion is spot on

Yeah i usually do 6-10 rep range strict form. I follow carb, protein, fats ratio of 50-30-20 thats about 300 g carbs, 176 protein and 60 g fats.

Carb manupulation is usually do 2 weeks bulking and 1 week cut. during cut week i reduce carbs by 100 to 200g.

thanks for the reply before hand

I think what your doing is fine, you could employ different tactics to shock the body further after a few weeks like using 200c carbs for four days 180 pro, then on the fifth day switch to high carb low protein ratio say 500carbs and 150 pro to keep the metabolism really high, you prob do this but put some MCT's into the equation too, but your whole approach in my opinion is spot on

Yeah it all sounds pretty good and along with mooreys advice I dont have much or really any to add.
Just keep your motivation up [i] know that when you are getting near the end of a cut cycle it gets really hard
