So your routine now is (for people dont have to unscramble it)-
Sunday- chest/shoulder/tris
Monday- back/forearms/bis
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- Legs
Friday- back/forearms/bis

A new routine could be-
Monday- biceps/chest
tuesday- triceps/back
wednesday- legs/abs
Thursday- OFF
Friday- shoudler/taps

Theres about a million threads in here with different workout routines- look one up, everyones going to be repeating themselves.
