i am a 15 year old and i weigh 180lbs and im about 5'10"
i would like to know how to strength gains very quikly in chest preferably bench pressing because i have until january 3rd to do a compotiton and i feel as if im not strong enough i used to be able to bench 240 but my strength decreased to 205... id really appreciate it if u can help... also i have been trying a new workout i do 3 main workouts everyday and those three are bench squat and power clean and then i go and work a regular workout ex: chest and back. it is working as far as the squat and power clean go i have made great gains everyday i can do more weight but bench press seems to be decreasing. do you think i should leave bench out of my 3 workouts?

Welcome to the dungeon, nice to have you aboard..

Your strength gains are dependant on your eating, resting and recovery time.. There is no quick gains unless your on gear a.k.a steriods.

At 15 and your bench is 205, that's very good. what do you want it to be for the competion?

your workout is everyday?? or you do three main lifts every time you lift?? what type of competition are you doing???
