okey, im not sure if this is a big problem or not,
but my shoulders kinda hurts
its like a sharp pain, like someone is trying to
twist my shoulders off...
except when im at the gym, then I have no
pain in my shoulders...
I doubt it is from the training, but
I have a feeling that its from the karate training
i used to do.

Am I wrong?

go get it checked, it might not be from the training, but the training coule be making it worse.

My shoulders are pretty bad from wrestling, I end up having to do alot of stretching and warming them up. Managed to build them back up a decently on my own, but I still talked to a couple corpsmans and trainers.

Its smartest to just go see a doc.

I know if you go to too far back while performing flys or cables, you can tear something in your deltoids. Try stretching them before any physical activity. If that doesn't work.. Doc.
