since you seem to be in awesome shape I assume you already have a good chest routine so I wont bore you. I would suggest at the end of your regular routine go to a chest machine with a stack load weight that you can get 8-10 reps before failure and run the stack down until one 20 lb. plate has you screamin. Just do this for 2 sets at the end of your WO and only once or twice a month so it is still a shock to the old pecs. hope this helps good luck bro.

have you tried pre-exhaust method? it help me to bring out my chest. And chest was my weak link.. Basicly you exhausted the chest using isolation move e.g. flyes which work only the chest then you move to compund movement e.g. DB/BB press.. this way you force your chest to work harder but with the help of your triceps and shoulder..

It will look something like this.

flat flyes superset with flat bb/db press (4)
incline flyes superset incline press (4)
and cable crossover superset with dips

goodluck bro
