what is the best way to workout..
Slow or Fast reps?
wich of these do you gain the most?

you do nice slow reps man.. but not too slow.. 2 seconds up, 1 second pause at the top, and 3 seconds down.
you have to lift really heavy weight too. shouldnt get more than 10 reps. in fact, id stop at 6 or 8 in most cases.
