hey need help, i have 4 months going to the gym, and im taking hyrdoxicut hardocre since, i have lost 14 kgs, and a whey protein, but i just changed it to isopure zero carbs, my weigth is 105 kgs, but i have a horrible belly, need help pleaseeeee!! i wanna get cut, help meeee

hey i just strated to eat lees, and no flour or bread and that kind of things, but i HAVE NO SPECIFIC DIET please help me with one, im a fat man dudes , lol...

Eat lean meats, complex carbs, and lots of vege's... log your food intake and count your calories.

No maz serveza lol,up the cardio lower the carbs.Easiest thing for me when I was just staring to learn and try to diet years ago was to cut out the no brainer stuff like sodas diet ones are ok every now and then.drink lots of water.No serveza or tequila.I cut out my bread but not everyone does but you dont need to eat alot of it or try wheat bread.Just start eating clean before you try a major diet.Youll be surprised at the results
