from what chris is going on that is going to better all of our understandings to help you along these lines. as mygeeto is saying eat more clean foods, you need a variety coming in each day and you need to keep your metabolism up, eat 6 small meals a day consisting of low fat low calorie eats. egg whites are great in the morning mix them in with whole wheat french toast, lay off the butter and syruip. you need to initiate cardio into your wo regime to burn off those calories gained during food, and the only way your really going to lose alot is if you dont cheat yourself by eating uneccessary fats. all depends how bad you really want to lose the weight, if you want it bad enough, then accomplish it by starting with the proper diet.

you guys i just told you that i stopped eating poptarts for a quick breakfast and i have not had a soda pop in probly 6 months. i eat a crap load of veggies and meat. that is almost all i eat. my other favorite thing that i eat alot is pasta. i have a protine supplement that has 61g of protine. i dont know if this is good or not but i probly drink orange juice, chocholate milk and peach tea all the time. i weight about 195 lbs. i think that if i slimmed my stomach i would be to about 180. so i think that if i lost 10-15 lbs of my stomach i would look great. it just the belly its hard so please help! ! !
