if he's small that means his hieght-bone weight dosnt really add much to his overall weight, but if he weighs 290+pounds and is pushing 300 (while on a small frame) that means he's got a fair bit of fat on him, or else he'd be doing LBJ lifts like up in the 500pound mark
take me for example im tall so my bone weight is gonna add up to my overall weight a bit, i wieghed myself real recently and i sit at 215 pounds but i can push nearly 300
