Hi Ya'll, got a problem here, my girlfriend doesnt want me to get any bigger. but i've just bulked. and my weight was 106 kg. now i'am cutting, have been cutting for 3 weeks now and i've lost 4 kg, but my body has'nt changed much yet... and i walk or bicycle for about 2 - 3 hours a day. and i make sure i eat and drink alot of water and protein,, and i don't eat fat foods. i've been thinking about getting some T3 and some other cutting aid. but what am i doing wrong, or should i just wait patient for results.. my strenght has gone a little down but only with back and legs, not shoulders and chest. i just broke the record at my gym. 210 kg 2 reps. but they all say it's because i have short arms. and another problem i have is. my gut is sticking out at top, but its all muscle, i would like a flat gut... but nobody knows how i'am surpose to get it... please som body help me
