creatine monohydrate (prolabs, personal recommendation)
flax seed (any from a health store)
multivitamins (any from a health store, just stay away from dirt CHEAP ones &
animal pak)
arginine (any)
casein protein (reflex micellar casein, personal recommendation) before bed
remember what GNC stands for
