Well first of all I should tell you a bit about myself, Im almost 15 years old going into grade 10 french emersion. I live in Sydney Nova Scotia. Im around 5 '7 - 5 '8 and i weigh around 180lbs, not all of that is fat but a good percentage of it is. Im on the chubby side, i try to be very atletic though but i have pretty ba eating habits. im usually the kid that gets the fat jokes thrown at him so please help. I basically joined this site because after reading I knew that if anyone people on this site could helpme out. So as a newbie lol, I have some questions....

1.Is 15 too young to workout?
2.Is 15 too young to take supplements, if not which ones should i take?
3.What are some workout ideas? (i prefer workouts that are more on the intense side)
4.What are some ideas for diets, so ill lose weight and not have a bad eating habit?

Thats really all for now....if those questionscould be answered I would be soo grateful!

welcome dude

first off im probobly not the best person to help you out with most of your questions as i am still learning myself but...

1. 15 isnt too young to start out

2. again it isnt too young, start off with a whey protein, creatine, flax seed oil, bcaa's, multi vitamins

3. not really the guy to talk to on this one, i do split workout, say monday i will do chest and triceps, tuesday back n biceps ect.. but you must include cardio

4. again im not really the guy to talk to cause u said ur on the chubby, dont go overboard with the carbs and try and get in a gram of protein for every pound you weigh.

5. dont listen to black eyed peas, you should listen to metal, gets you pumped and its the best for training lol mygeeto

also mate u should have done this in introduce yourself

also, if you want a real intense workout, do 5reps of 5 sets (5X5).. the weight u use should only allow u to get 5 reps, and struggle like a mother fucker to get the last rep.
or u could do HIT

ohh and yer, do you wanna kno why the worlds strongest guys just happen to be from similar place u are? because they listen to death metal.. death metal n all that originates from the cold north, and the lifters up there listen to it and get jacked like mother fuckers

High Intensity Training... Mike Mentzer and Dorian Yates were big users of it... they loved it. go google pics of Mike M. and Dorian Y.
thick slabs of muscle, freaky conditioning, fully developed bodies... HIT is for real men.
but most people dont do HIT because they are not real men. they are nerds.

muscle failure is when you absolutley cannot lift the weight even a mm no matter how hard u try..
because HIT is soo brutal, you only need the one set.
go to a bookshop or get a copy of any of mike menzters books coz they explain HIT completley.

but basicly, next time ur in the gym just do....
chest: bench press 1 set of 10 reps
legs: squats: 1 set of 10 reps
back: bent over barbell rows: 1 set of 10 reps
