oh hey i am new to this forum. i been working out consistently for 3 or 4 months. i have tried plenty of supplements but am looking for something really good. i heard some good things about nitrix. does anyone have any input about it.

if youve only been working out for a few months...stick to the basics

get yourself a protein powder

creatine

multi vitamin

arginine if you want better pumps

folic acid

fish oils

..those usually work best if your just starting out...i would try building a solid foundation before you go and experiment with supplements like nitrix
