I am so aggravated when ever i flex i get a different pump in my stronger arm than my left i work them the same when i work out so damn it why are they developing different please someone help me out

Train with dumbells and use the same weight for both sides.

catch up in time for what i to have a larger arm the thing to do is free weights no machines where you use both arms ar once your stronger arm will always take over what i do is i do an extra 1-2 sets only with my weak arm l feel you bro its sucks it takes some time but it will get there

just keep training and it should even up over time, it will take some time though an inch difference is a hell of a lot to gain on a bicep

yhea when i was trying to get my arm back up i would always just do my right arm for two more sets try to keep your rep range to about 8 to add mass to the weak arm even try putting an extra 5-10lbs on your bad side when doing straight bar or ez curl try not to overtrain that arm either or it wount grow at all
