i have a good solid muscular frame but it is hidden a lot under fat and im feeling like crap! i was trying to gain mass first and not do cardio or diet but now that i have gotten a lot bigger i wanna lose fat. I mean i can barely see veins when i lift and im getting pissed. any advice would help.

Read Layne pre-contest sticky in the nutrition section or do a search on Google for Layne Norton a unique combination of science and experience based pre - contest advice. Ask questions after you read the article, take notes, and use the calculators. He covers everything the only questions you will have will probably only be to get something clarified.

i have gone from 205 lbs to 183 lbs in a period of like 2 months and have gotten a lot leaner. i wanted to no how to cut more fat and gain more muscle esp in the stomach region
