yeah ima start going on it...because im got a lot of mass over those two years..because i followed all the protein requirments and carbs...plus i lose fat easy so i started at about 110..5'8 now im 187.5..5'9..9% bf

what does it do to your muscle fibers?because i heard some make you retain more water than you need...plus what else does it do??

I can give you an answer if you'd like. There is no "proven" answer to why one is better then the other. However, mono has been around for longer and is proven to have much success with most people. And if you do further research, the bloat is completely false. I myself have taken both C.E.E. and mono and have chosen to stick with mono. Just remember its not steroids, so don't expect incredible changes, but it certainly is going to help you. Hope that was useful for you.

Nothing more then what my normal intake of water does anyways. If you are looking to maintain a vascular and cut body image, that is going to come from maintaining a steady proper diet, creatine is not going to stop you from maintaining cutness, if anything its going to help along with supporting efforts like proper diet, sleep, etc.
