1 up to the self-help thread. That has become my favorite stopping point. Can't you just see MyGeeto giving this advice in person, with a serious face.

As for racking the weights. I'm with you on that brother. For all the folks out there that don't believe they have to rack the weights:
1) You should be working out at your home gym so that the only one you can injure is yourself.
2) If you can't be bothered to put your weights back, hire somebody to follow you around to do it for you. It is not my job, and you don't pay me to do it, so who do you expect to do it for you. You $hit.
