Ok here goes.
I am needing someone to tell me something cause I need to know what to do I weigh 230 mostly flab(alot) but i can feel the muscle and i feel stronger should i cut out the working out for a few weeks and focus more on cardio until i start seeing some weight loss. My diet it terrible i maybe eat 3-4 times a day. I am trying to get to about 205-218 or right around there still with about 10-15 %bf I'm at about 24-24 % now . tell me please

that 24 % isnt all fat bro...there'll be alot of water in that too, so dont say most flab...thats a decent weight to be at...

main thing to lose weight is diet
eat 5-8 small meals a day with protein in each one, with some fruit, or veg thrown in...& some good carbs in about 2-3 of the meals like brown rice, potatoes, pasta, banana, corn...
u definetly need a good amount of fast acting carbs after a w\o to restore lost energy & to fuel muscle growth & recovery...

stick to 1g rotein per lbs bodyweight & 2 carbs per lbs bodyweight, & keep an eye on your sodium levels
drink alot of COLD water

ok man coming from you i wont call it that. But i drink alot of water like over 200 ozs a day is that too much or too little all i drink is water i need to get my diet going right i feel gains in my arms and chest. My stomach just depresses me to no end

is there a better time to work out me and my wife work night shift and usually work out at like 1 in the morn before we go to bed. would we be netter off going to sleep and then working out as soon as we wake up to kick start out metabolism

no time in working out...is just the diet u need to work on...drinkin alot of sugar free fluids is good, keep that up, freezing cold water is best for your metabolism, in shedding some lbs

basic supplementation;
bcaa's
multi vitamin
flax seed oil
fish oil
carnitine
protein shake that works best for you in addition to the diet
creatine on w\o days

use lean proteins with no fat on them like tuna, salmon, cod, chicken, turkey...

good ive heard from so many people that i have to be up at 6 am and workout. thanks i know i need to get my diet under control oh yeah im glad your lil bro posted that pic ive wondered how big lil-big-junior was and man you were huge at 18 hell naw keep it up you give me reason to continue trying

at anything above 15% bf, i would start bulking and trying to put on as much muscle anyway
