that 24 % isnt all fat bro...there'll be alot of water in that too, so dont say most flab...thats a decent weight to be at...
main thing to lose weight is diet
eat 5-8 small meals a day with protein in each one, with some fruit, or veg thrown in...& some good carbs in about 2-3 of the meals like brown rice, potatoes, pasta, banana, corn...
u definetly need a good amount of fast acting carbs after a w\o to
restore lost energy & to fuel muscle growth & recovery...
stick to 1g rotein per lbs bodyweight & 2 carbs per lbs bodyweight, & keep an eye on your sodium levels
drink alot of COLD water
