sorry guys but for some reason im stuck in a rut on my bench its at around 140 but i can dumbell press that much why cant i go up! any ideas or advice on this?

board benching, chain benching, band benching, close grip benching, rack lockout benching, floor press benching, floor press rack lockout benching, speed benching,,,,,,,,,,NOtice all of those end in the word benching. Dude with 140 bench you need to eat and bench.

YOu have 128 rep points and you don't know how to get your bench up over 140pounds. WTF???

and yeah i work tri's and chest but i just really dont feel it in my chest most of the time any ideas?

youre only 15 youre not at peak performance yet, just keep on pumpin maybe try some german volume just for flat bench

another thing to take into consideration...balance is also the key to benching...if u db bench on 140 but cant get higher on a standard bench your form maybe off...take it easy eat get the perfect form then move on up

You don't work Tri's first do you? You should exhaust your chest before working your tri's.

All chest exercises rely to some extent on the Triceps, and many triceps exercises rely to some extent on the chest. If you've exhaused the tri's first, you don't have what you need to hit the chest effectively.

also i notcied are any of those incline/decline bc working the entire chest will help your flat jump up
