Something I love to do is 10,10,10's. Some people do 7,7,7's. You get a straight bar or cambered bar but I prefer straight. Put your comfortable weight on there, then do 10 half reps at the bottom, then 10 halfs at the top, then 10 full reps. Then drop the weight immediatly then do it again with that weight, then drop weight immediatly again and do another set. There you have it, your arms should be burning and pumped like crazy. I do it as my last bicep workout to really pump them up with blood and nutrients. |
