Something I love to do is 10,10,10's. Some people do 7,7,7's. You get a straight bar or cambered bar but I prefer straight. Put your comfortable weight on there, then do 10 half reps at the bottom, then 10 halfs at the top, then 10 full reps. Then drop the weight immediatly then do it again with that weight, then drop weight immediatly again and do another set. There you have it, your arms should be burning and pumped like crazy. I do it as my last bicep workout to really pump them up with blood and nutrients.

Also incline dumbbell curls. Do both arms at the same time, go all the way down. It will give your biceps a really good stretch!

Super heavy standing barbell curls with a spotter standing behind you with their hands on your shoulders to prevent you from leaning back when you curl. You can also do that 10,10,10 workout with dumbbells, that kills my biceps. Don't supenate your arms when you do those, hold the like you hold a barbell. It burns so bad, and your arms get super pumped. I do those as finishing excercises.

All pretty decent advise. Have you tried forced reps? If you have a workout partner, do 1 set of 10 (+2); 1 set of 8 (+2); and etc. All sets as heavy as you can usually perform with your workout partner lightly asisting on the +2. If you don't have a workout partner I suggest you get one. Good luck.
