About 2 months ago i had went to the gym for the most intense bicep workout ever... then the pain came in and i think the 2nd or 3rd day in, it was at it's peak. The pain was so unbarable... i couldn't extend my arms... anything passes about 110 degree HURT like a bitch. I went to the doc's and she said i should be drinking a lot of gatorade to help it. I was stretching the whole time, about 8-10 times a day, and i think that helped me heal fully in about 2 weeks. During that whole peroid my arms were HUGE. Like i saw GROWTH... but I'm not sure if it was swelling... or actual muscle growth... i had been preparing for a good workout, drinking tons of water and eating carbs. The growth/swelling has gone down now, but I curious... if I kept working arms after the pain went away while my arms were still big, would they have gotten bigger? Was this growth or swelling? |
