Hi,
I have been working for a long time now ,,but thr results r not so good n progressive,,also due to work n all i m not able to get in to perfect regime,,
I am starting again fresh,,
Can some 1 help me with a good workout regime ,6 days a week ,
I wanna split massgain n Fat loose,,so how shud i go with it,,

You say you do not make good progress. I am guessing your genetics are not like Ronnie Coleman then.
6 days a week is a lot. I train with a full body routine 2 times a week and make good progress.
This is better also if you are busy with work.

6 days a week is a lot of training man your going to or are overtraining which will negatively effect your gains. lower your volume and frequency and avoid carbs at nite and if thats not enough include some moderate cardio, 2 times a week is enough.
