Ok, here is the deal:


I love this sport so much so i'm thinking bout quitting basketball because I think I might have what it takes to become pro in bodybuilding. just something i think, and i am not trying to make u believe im big or something. but could u give me a version of a weekly training program, like a 5 day split. i have pretty fast recovery on my muscles will hande 5days a week for 1 hour. thanks..

i would advise you to do a workout that is best for you...not for jay.dont forget he is a pro and doing what he does could lead to injury.do what he does in moderation

or learn from someone else's...take tips etc.with that routine...you will do day6 and two days later do the same routine,that could lead to injury.you could do that routine but dont do day6...just days 1,2,4 and 5

I started training as a powerlifter, which gave me a good start, but as I became older I went more towards the bodybuilding style of more reps lower weights.

I still base my training around heavy compound moves but change it up every now and then.

At your age Id recommend something more along the lines of pushing muscles one day (chest, shoulders, tris), pulling another (back, biceps, forearms) and legs another and cardio whenever it tickles your pickle!
