gipper_kid NPC Lightweight Join Date: Jan 2007 Age: 22 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	I was wondering what anyone's preference on BCAA's were, powder or pill, and which brand worked out for everyone? Looks like Optimum BCAA's are the bodybuilding.com favorite. Tell me what you think.
