Hello all I just recently started bodybuilding. I'm cous if you guys can tell me if I should change up anything. I currently eat around 180 to 220grams of protien a day. I take 10 grams of celltech aday. I also take
NoExplode 30 mins before I work out. I do Back and legs monday. chest and shoulders tuesday. Biceps and triceps on wedsday. The I start over with the 3 days and I take off sundays. It normally takes me around 1 to 2 hours to complete my workouts. Sorry for the long post. I look forward to getting advise and giving my personal experience when I can.
