u have good arms, n some really good abs goin on...great chest but lacking on size. u need to work on ur back mainly...but ur only 14 bro. n ur looking good for ur age. im sure when u start pushing more in gyms n eat more, skys ur limit bro, keep training

ty... back is in progress, i have about no lats right now =/
its hard to develop chest more right now, my left tricep is terribly wrong and have about no strenght =/ dont know what happened, but i am training uit up again...

use body weight for building strength in ur tri's...do pressups but do them with ur thumbs touching.

do 6 sets 8 reps every morning or b4 u go bed. give it bout 6-8 weeks n ur strength in ur tri's should of gained drastically...try it bro it should work...
