i have reached my goal for 06 which was to lean up and now i wish to add some definition and detail with more size.....what is the best way to attack this...i have a controlled diet...i train 5 times a week....i am currently stacking nitrix and thermogain with a standard maxxs hydroxphase powder.....?

Set determinable goals? Add more definition (reduce body fat 5%) or add 5lbs of lean mass. This way you have a clear objective goal.

so what is the best way to reduce body fat without losing muscle.....and how do i work out my current bf% ?
