hi to who ever reads this i just want to know somthing i do go to the gym and enjoy it and want to do bodybuilding more seriouly but iam 6feet 4inchs in hieght do you think this is to tall to be a bodybuilder all the guys at my gym are about 5 10 or less any help much appricieted

you just have to work harder...i'm 6'7", but there is no way in heck i could be a bodybuilder, i just like training like one. Being too tall does have its disadvantages...

You will have to pack on much more muscle to look as big as guys of a shorter height, but your muscles will be much larger by comparison.

Hey buddy, Arnold is 6' 2". I know you are taller by 2" but that wont make too much difference. I'm 5' 8" and wish I was taller.

Really depends on your age net. If you are in your teens its ok but otherwise its light. (Unless you are referring to contest weight).

do a search for Noah Steere he is 6'7" tall and 350 pounds. Tall people can do it. Naturally genetics plays a role. Really tall people typically are very thin. If you want it bad enough, you will do whatever it takes to get there. I speak from personal experience. I am 6'8" tall and about 325, 12% bodyfat.

I'm 6'4" at 240, w/a 34 in waist. ill probably will never compete but check out Joel Stubbs or Sean Allen....

u measured my waist and got i thi8nk it was 36 inches or something..i thought that was kinda small...then ya get someone like melvin anthony whos wat 28inches waist...fucken hell thats a small waist
