Good morning brothers and sisters,

It's 10 a.m. where I am. I've been up since 8 though. I couldn't sleep.I've been itching to train. I haven't lifted a weight or been in a gym since my injury on thursday. I was squatting 305(light weight for me,more than 250lbs below my max) and I went down to far on my last rep. I heard a pop and felt a liquidy sensation and knew something wasn't right. To top it off, when I racked the weight and tryed to walk, I felt nothing but pain everytime I put pressure on my left leg. It turns out I had a misfire in one of the nerves on my pelvic base. Nothing too serious, just can't squat for a week..or do any other exercise where my feet are touching the ground. So basically all I can really do are pull ups and bench press with my feet up,ect.

Tomorrows monday...heavy chest. My boys at GNC hooked me up with some samples. The one I'm most excited about is 17-bol. I can't wait to try that out.

Right now...I'm watching the king. Brothers and sisters...we all know who I'm talking about. You say the king of bodybuilding, the godfather of bodybuilding(no not Charles Glass), the man with in my opinion one of the greatest, most inspiring physiques ever. Arnold Schwarzenegger .

Pumping Iron...what a good movie to keep me inspired. To be truthful I was having doubts about...1 hour ago. I kept saying to myself "you won't be able to do this". I was getting frustrated because:

1) I have no idea what the bodybuilding weight classes are
2) I don't know if the contest I'm training for has a teen section
3) I didn't really have any food in the house this morning so my breakfast consisted of 2 rice cakes with peanut butter and jelly.

Nothing like Arnold to keep me on track. Man the pecs and bis on that guy are f*cking unbelievable.

After watching Pumping Iron, I plan on watching one of my favorite bodybuilding DVDS(even though it's only 15 minutes):Universal Animal Pak Arm Training DVD.

Man the size and vascularity on that guy is f*cking unbelievable.

Anyway...I'm going to continue watching my movie.I will write soon.

Kevin
