Yes a basic multi-vitamin would be fine but most should come from food (and vitamins are better absorbed from food).

Worry about getting your diet down. A multi-vitamin is a supplement used to do just that SUPPLEMENT.

No they are both supplements. Meant to "supplement" your diet. That is why it is so important to have a solid diet.

The definition of diet is: A regulation of food intake. Vitamins are best obtained from food.

With all due respect, please do some research. You are asking very simple questions that you can easily find out with a simple google search. Check out bb.com articles also.

u can absolutely take multivitamins without a diet, but it shouldnt replace ur meals, thats my opinion.
