i just bougthed the weiders megaman 4000 but it doesnt say how to be used if its better to drink in the morning in the evening or in the night another issue i cant drink milk im lactose intolerant i can take it with water? i tried this before and tastes like crap so please help me guys¡¡¡¡¡

Yes you can drink it with water. I wish you would have done a search for "Weider Mega Mass 4000" because I have posted before on it. It sucks and I would throw it away, it is not worth your time or money. Good luck.
