Before workout or after , or both?

u def need one after workout post workout nutrition is real important whey mixed with water and some form of quick sugar yo

Well it has to do with glycemic load and glycemic index, what that basically tells you is how fast your body will absorb the carbs from something. Higher GL foods cause a high insulin spike, low GL foods don't. The insulin spike will force nutrients into your muscles and body, after an insulin spike you also will feel drained of energy. This is why you should use it only after a workout, it helps to flood your muscles with the protein and other nutrients from your shake.

i go for after workout.... 2 scoops of my fav whey and a packet of instant oatmeal, the sugary kind...
