Well, I don't know what your tastes are but I listen to death metal, power metal, thrash, anything thats fast and hard. Dragonforce, Metallica, Dimmu Borgir, thats some of the stuff that I listen to.

If you like calm, you should listen to the "masters of chant". I like to be put up in a frenzy. Gives me a mental edge I think to be pumped up.
