I am 14 years old and I wanna get bigger. Currently I am 1,82meters and weight 66kg. I want to increase the size of my chest, but I think it is hard when I cant afford going to a gym, and I have no pressurebench home. Any idea of what exercises that can make me look bigger?

I need more weight for this years basketballseason, I want to play Post.
Please! Someone help me!

Are you on any kind of specific diet? or just the average teen diet? If you don't have any access to a gym or weights then your kinda screwed because your limited to what you can do. Pushups are a good way to develop your chest without weights, have your arms slightly wider than your shoulder's and maybe a little even further than that, take your time with the pushups and concentrate on chest contraction through the excercise, back straight, good form is important with any excercise.

If the pushups are too easy you might consider either propping your feet up on something to make it a bit harder. A good variation on the pushup is to use three chairs, one to support your feet and one for each hand, go as low as you can then back up and so forth.

I have access to weights at home, I have 63kg of free weights and I have one doublehand and 2 onehanded "sticks" to put them on. But I still don't know what kind of exercises to do.

I forgot to tell you that I am not on any kind of special diet. I try to eat as much protein and fat as possible, but my parebnts wont let me change my whole lifestyle just because I started building my body.

Before I suggest anything, do you have access to a bench? I'm also surprised you'r parents won't let you change your eating style, body building diets are rather healthy.

i have no access to a bench. My parents wont let me change my eating style because they want me to eat normal food, not too expensive.

Egg whites are a normal and perfectly inexpensive food and you can get slightly over 3 grams of protein for one large egg white .

You can peform this excercise, might not be as effective as on a bench but its better than nothing

Barbell Floor Press

You also might want to try a modified flye. Lay down, use the dumbell bars, one in each hand. (Something like that picture)

One of the important things about building your chest is feeling the contraction in your pecs. At the top of each excercise try to get a good contraction with your pecs.
