Moving into my fifth week of Max-OT. I have been really pleased with the results so far. As for your other post, it is not a question of whether the program will work or not, as the success lies in your hands. From my experience, you get out of this program exactly what you put into it. WORK HAD=great results. Make sure you read the program entirely and follow it accordingly.

Yeah it does work. Back when I used to experiment with my body, trying to figure out what worked for me, I tried it. I don't follow the exact routine anymore, but I took things that I liked out of it, and mixed it into my own workout.

Exactly it has some very good ideas but dont follow it to a T just modify it to suit u more
