am i over training???

im 18 years old, and workout 5 days a week.
chest workout is on monday.

for chest i do

Barbel Chest Press 3*10
Incline Barbel Chest Press 3*10
Decline Barbal Chest Press 3*10
Flat Dumbell Press 2*10
Incline Dumbell Press 2*10
Cable Crossovers 3*10
Machine Flyes 3*10
Incline Dumbell Flyes 3*10
Flat Dumbell Flyes 3*10

my main goal is size, ive been training for 5+ months, am i doing it right or not??
need help!!

im a new member to BodyBuildingDungeon and i seek help from other bodybuilders!! please help

overtraining is not from how much exersize u do, but how little rest u get in-between sessions. one of the boards pro's beleives overtraining really does not exist all together and if it did, you would already know it without having to ask anyone

i only work chest once a week.
machine bench press: 4 sets at 15-20 reps.
floor dumbbell presses: 3 sets of 15 reps.
standard barbell bench presses: 2/3 sets of 10 reps (maybe with another 3 forced reps if theres a spotter around).
a 1 rep max.
cable crossovers: 3 sets of 20 reps.

if you are trying to gain size, doing that many exercises with that many reps isn't going to give you many size gains, unless you are taking only 30 second rests in between sets. You still need to have a week or two out of the month where you are blasting your muscles with a few heavy, fail sets
