creatine can anyone help

hey guys im 15 and jsut starting using creatine so i can get bigger and help with my lifting. I have started to see some bloating, is there any way to minimize it. I am using the monohydrate powder. I was also wondering on how long it will take to see results while using it if lifting properly. thnaks all

If your diet and training are on then you should notice a fullness within a couple weeks.

As to your bloating question...This is common with monohydrate. People who suffer bad enough with it try other forms. the CEE is known to reduce those sides to those who respond to it.

yea but the guy said take monohydrate then the cce or cee one whatever it was. whats the deal with carbs and creatine too. thanks and p.s. do you need to take it before a work out, mine jsut says once a day.

CEE is creatine. You wouldn't take both

You need a transport for monohydrate(dextrose etc)

Pre workout/during is when most take it. Once a day is fine.

Creatine Monohydrate is the best one to take, IMO. It's cheap and it does what it is supposed to. I take 10grams on training days, 5 grms off days. You can take 5grms 30-45 minutes prior to training with grape juice.

If I took 10 grams of mono I would have to get my stomach pumped.

People respond differently to the different types of creatine. If he's bloating from it now then taking an increased dose would not solve the problem.

Let me explain what has worked for me...

I take 5grms 45minutes prior to training and 5grms 10-15 minutes after training. The second dose is to help replenish what I just depleted.

You are correct, people respond differently to things. What works for me, may not work for you. It's all about experimenting with things to find the solution.

About the bloating, that's pretty much a normal thing with Creatine. But, if it bothers you, cut the dosage or try a different brand. Personally, I like the bloated look and feeling I get.

Ok thanks guys, yea the box i have says one 5g and once a day, it never said before a workout or anything, ill start doing that , and maybe ill get better results. I didnt know you could take 10g a day, thought that was ad for you, but ill experiment.

As for me, i take 2.5g preworkout, and 2.5g post workout. This seems to help me, if I take more, it's just a waste. By the way, I take mono

is it true that taking creatine holds in the water...i am lookignat going back onto the creatine greakic while on the lipo 6 but will i still get the results i want which is more lifting abiltity while alos being able to lean out
