Currently on a mass gainer shake for my meal between breakfast and lunch - convenience with work!
After my shake my guts will give me horrendous trouble. Farts, feeling like I'm going to sh*t myself. Especially on legs days. While squating, it feels like my whole world is going to come out my arse.
Which is actually very funny but as you can imagine I don't want to sh*t myself in front of a gym full of people. For that matter in the office either!!
Does anybody have any suggestions to aid or slow down the absorption process and settle the stomach??
Any suggestions would be appreciated? (not a cork though)
do you make it with milk? I cut milk and that helped...though I was never quite that bad. Add some fats to slow absorbtion...PB, fish oil caps, olive oil.
