focus on legs, shoulders, neck, ABS. having a strong grip is real important too for wrestling. try to train with higher reps for more muscles stamina. That and start running, alot. You need endurance but a different type of endurance. Do alot of short sprints other then long distance runs. I've wrestled for three years on varsity and there's no better sport then wrestling. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. If you do decide to wrestle good luck have fun.
