first off you are making a huge mistake in not training your legs, the most development overall in body structure will occur if you would start doing squats, and dead lifts,
unless you are looking for the body shape of a light bulb? if so then only train your upper body!!
looking at your training you are in dire need of information on how to train, research on different muscle groups and what compound exercises will work best, doing 4 sets of 25 reps for just chest is not a workout routine, hell i`m not even sure what to call it,
i have no advice to offer you on what your asking about increasing your poundages if your only going to train chest by doing push-ups and bench presses,
my suggestion is to look at some of the training logs here and see what a real workout is, that involves all muscle groups, and different sets and reps, your missing pretty much everything in your current approach.. |
