I'm 17 and currently I lift 4-5 days a week. I've been taking NO Xplode for about a month now and currently I like it...gives me a crapload of extra energy, and i cycle off of it every 2 weeks so my body doesn't get too used to it. I am getting bigger and stronger, but I know that there are better supplements out there. After this supply runs out I do wanna change to a different supplement though...any suggestions? my price range is around the same price I paid for NO, (so Superpump is outta the question, I can't afford that haha).
Basically wat i want is to gain weight in lean muscle, and trim off the little bit of excess subcutanious fat layers, GET MORE VEINS (particularly in my biceps/shoulders) and just grow in general. Particularly biceps and chest.

Now, NO Xplode works best on an empty stomach, but is it still ok to have a small meal before i lift? wat would be a good breakfast that I can have before a workout?

*sorry that was so long lol, first post*

welcome to the dungeon
#1 you have to eat before a workout. Training on an empty stomach you will just burn off any muscle that you put on from your last workout, because your body has nothing else to use for energy...typical preworkout meal is a cup of oats with 4-8 egg whites. Complex carbs are key pre workout and postworkout, the big three being Oats, Brown rice and sweet potatoes. And a source of protein, the best food sources are Egg Whites, Chicken breast or pretty much any fish. Good pre and post workout meals are key in bodybuilding and make you sure you drink a full glass of water before each meal.

#2 If you like NO xplode then checkout USPlabs Jacked...if you havent already you should also checkout our sponsor store OrbitNutrition.com

#3 If you want more defined veins then doing total body exercises like squats and deadlifts will help with vascularity as well as total body strength and fat loss

a couple of questions; Is the NO Xplode the only supp you are taking? and whats your metabolism like? is it fast, slow or somewhere in between...?

That may be a key problem for me then. I haven't been eating very much before i lift, usually 2 pieces of toast and a hardboiled egg. thanks for the meal plan, obviously i am not eating NEARLY enough.

and to answer your question, yes, at the moment NO Xplode is the only supplement I'm taking as of now. I used to take creatine but i felt like it never really did much for me, and I'm a bit nervous of the side effects (kidney stones, liver/kidney problems, etc.) and although there is no hard proof that its bad for you, im still a little weary of it.

and yes, i have a fast metabolism. i think that is why i have trouble gaining weight. because i can bench over 200 lbs, squat about 300 and i can do like 30 somethin pull-ups (this is obviously not all i do, just some general info) and i weigh only 148 pounds. so its a little weird haha, i wanna weigh around 160-170.

Sounds like you need to eat more my friend. And don't get too caught up on supplements, they won't make you huge or anything. What's going to help you gain weight is to have a consistent diet and workout regime.

On the other note though, I would highly recommend taking USP labs Jack3d. By far one of the best preworkout drinks. Use the discount code in my signature at orbit, we've got it in stock.

30 minutes pre-workout I'll have 40 grams of protein and 60 grams of glyco-maize, then on my way to the gym I'll drink my serving of jack3d. Let me know if you need anymore help.

This is just pre-workout. Glyco-maize comes in a powder. Its made by Optimum Nutrition. Its a waixy-maize derived from corn starch.
