Hey guys, just seeing if any one has advice for my cutting phase, ive done some cutting before and did pretty good. right now i am trying to get down to 5% bf i am currently 7.6% and it seems really hard to drop down to 5%. My Diet has normally been fruits, chicken, a slice or 2 of whole grain bred a day, about 3 protein shakes a day and eggs, peanut butter and skim milk. i also just started doing cardio first thing in the morning for about 45 mins seomtimes HIIT. If anyone has anything to additional advice please post |
