BCAA's..When Is The Best Time To Take Them?

My local Nutrition shop brought BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) to my attention. The store owner told me to take them in the mornings and between meals. I figured I would ask a few more people for thier inputs and what their take is on BCAA's.

Before and after workouts for faster recovery time. Through out the day too if you'd like, especially if your at work or school and you can't eat for a while, that would be a great time to sip on some bcaa's.

So would you reccomend pill form or powder?

I like powder better. Plus they have some great tasting ones out there as well. For future purchases I'd recommend orbitnutrition.com.

Hey, do you have any tips on how to increase the overall vascular system and look?

It has a lot to do with genetics and low body fat %. The less body fat you have the more your skin gets paper thin thus leaving the veins sticking out more. I've heard n.o. and arginine products influence vascularity, just a little bit though.

A pre workout or a nutrient partitioner promote vascularity.

Yes the logs on slin-sane all support vascularity. We have tons of BCAA options priced very competitively. You can get Primaforce BCAA at liek 25 bucks for 500g or for a couple dollars more you can get Anabolic 411 which has 500g as well but has a 4 : 1 : 1 ratio. Increaced Leucine which studys show to prove most benifical.

Leucine is that a compound I should be looking for incorporated into a specific BCAA brand or a just a special brand?

L-Leucine is one of the Branch chain amio acids. Your can buy solo but if your buying to add to your BCAA product I think Anabolic 411 is a good bang for your buck since its Leucine serving is already increased.
